Purchase & refund policy

In short: all sales are final. One-time study packs and yearly plans are non-refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and no partial-month refunds are given.
Study packs (one-time purchases)
- Hold'em, Short Deck and PLO study packs are one-time payments that give permanent access to that game's study tools.
- Because the content is delivered digitally and unlocked immediately, all study-pack sales are final and non-refundable.
All-Access yearly
- Billed once per year in advance.
- Yearly payments are non-refundable, including partially used years.
- You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
All-Access monthly
- Billed once per month in advance.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid month.
- No refunds or credits are given for the month already paid, or for partial months.
Upgrading
If you own a study pack and later subscribe to All-Access, your pack stays yours forever. Prior pack purchases are not credited toward a subscription.
How to cancel
Go to Manage billing, enter the email you paid with, and Stripe will send you a secure link. From there you can cancel, update your card, or download receipts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged in error, email [email protected] and we'll fix it. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
