Privacy policy

Last updated October 3, 2026

Preflop Edge is a poker study and training website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect only what we need to run the site, we don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the site

We share data only with the services we need to operate:

Each of these handles your data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. Your browser's local storage keeps things like your drill progress and settings on your device. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

If you delete your account, we delete your account and training data, apart from records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your data. Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll handle it within 30 days. You can turn off reminder emails using the link in any reminder. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honour them.

Age

Preflop Edge is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell account holders by email.
